About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our expansion efforts, focusing on growing our nearshore staffing and recruiting operations. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in staffing and recruiting, proven success in building client relationships, and a deep understanding of nearshore markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to expand operations in nearshore markets.
  • Analyze market trends and client demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady growth.
Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and expertise in staffing and recruiting trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Business Development and Sales
  • Identify and target new clients, industries, and partnerships in nearshore markets.
  • Lead client negotiations, create proposals, and close high-value deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by consistently delivering results.
Operational Collaboration
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to align strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators and measure success.
  • Provide input on processes, tools, and resources needed to support expansion.

Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of proven business development experience in staffing and/or recruiting.
    • Hands-on experience working with nearshore markets is a strong advantage.
    • Demonstrated success in expanding operations and achieving revenue targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into actionable goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
