- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and expertise in staffing and recruiting trends.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and target new clients, industries, and partnerships in nearshore markets.
- Lead client negotiations, create proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by consistently delivering results.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to align strategies with operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators and measure success.
- Provide input on processes, tools, and resources needed to support expansion.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of proven business development experience in staffing and/or recruiting.
- Hands-on experience working with nearshore markets is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in expanding operations and achieving revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into actionable goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
