Job Title: Program Manager I
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014 (Hybrid)
Duration: 5+ months assignment 

Description:

• In this role, you’ll work on scheduling and tracking the qualification status for part-level production in the Manufacturing Design team.
• You will build relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risks and adjust priorities accordingly.
• You will be responsible for actively keeping managers and key partners informed of progress, changes and risks.
• Oversee project schedules, activities and milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Plan project meetings with cross-functional teams to ideate, solve problems and complete projects.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program/project management experience.
• Ability to understand technical terminology and work with engineering teams. 
• Proven project management skills including communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for data.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• High degree of proficiency in Excel, Numbers and Keynote.
• Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across geographies.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and provide meaningful insights to inform program and project strategies.
• Skilled in getting work done through others.
