Duration: 5+ months assignment
Description:
- In this role, you’ll work on scheduling and tracking the qualification status for part-level production in the Manufacturing Design team.
- You will build relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risks and adjust priorities accordingly.
- You will be responsible for actively keeping managers and key partners informed of progress, changes and risks.
- Oversee project schedules, activities and milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Plan project meetings with cross-functional teams to ideate, solve problems and complete projects.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program/project management experience.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and work with engineering teams.
- Proven project management skills including communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for data.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel, Numbers and Keynote.
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across geographies.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and provide meaningful insights to inform program and project strategies.
- Skilled in getting work done through others.
