Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Length of Contract: 12 months
Working Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid– two days in office - Monday & Tuesday)
Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST (may vary at certain times depending on the advisory team’s time zone)


Responsibilities:
  • Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
  • Open and set up client accounts
  • Follow up on transfers
  • Additional tasks include policy review, escalation management
  • Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
Must Have Requirements:
  • 1 + years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Savvy with technology and data
  • Experience in escalations and policy review
Nice to Have:
  • Motivated to learn
  • Interest in learning platforms
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual - French & English
 Education:
  • Post-Secondary
