Job Description
Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Length of Contract: 12 months
Working Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid– two days in office - Monday & Tuesday)
Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST (may vary at certain times depending on the advisory team’s time zone)

Responsibilities:
- Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
- Open and set up client accounts
- Follow up on transfers
- Additional tasks include policy review, escalation management
- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
- 1 + years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Savvy with technology and data
- Experience in escalations and policy review
- Motivated to learn
- Interest in learning platforms
- Previous customer service experience
- Bilingual - French & English
- Post-Secondary
