Job Description- Role Mandate:
- The Supplier Management group oversees the end-to-end vendor process within Capital Markets.
- This includes SOW onboarding, contract signing, invoice processing, portfolio management, process improvements, software and reporting system licenses, and general SOW maintenance/support.
- The team collaborates cross-functionally with various stakeholders across the bank, including Procurement and Technology & Operations (T&O).
- The selected candidate will need strong attention to detail and will assist with Time & Materials (T&M) agreements.
- Full training will be provided.
- The team is collaborative and works closely with stakeholders across T&O and Procurement.
- The new hire will join a team of four and work directly with a supplier manager, focusing on T&M activity.
- Review and analyze agreements.
- Identify and document variances.
- Take notes and maintain documentation.
- Summarize contract details (services, costs, funding, approvals, purchase orders, hours, rates).
- Track the status of various SOWs and T&M agreements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Work with SEMS and Procurement to ensure accurate vendor setup.
- Investigate new vendor activity.
- Administrative experience.
- High attention to detail, especially during repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in banking or financial institutions (especially within Capital Markets).
- Supplier management experience.
- Conducted via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and a colleague.
- Possible second-round interview.
