This includes building tailored value propositions, competitive positioning, and customer-facing narratives that resonate with public sector and regulated industry customer service buyers.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex, matrixed environments and has a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment. You should be comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization, from sales reps to executives, and bring strong presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
Responsibilities:
* Be the Service Cloud GTM expert for the REG and GPS OUs, aligning with their unique needs and priorities.
* Build enablement that clearly communicates value to REG and GPS sellers and customers.
* Partner with events teams to showcase OU-relevant content across industry and proprietary events.
* Align with REG and GPS distribution leaders to drive sales programs and pipeline growth.
* Create enablement materials that simplify Service Cloud positioning for OU sellers.

* Translate product and marketing initiatives into actionable programs for OU sales teams.
* Develop industry-specific content—webinars, blogs, events, and case studies—for REG and GPS.
* Present confidently to REG and GPS audiences, from internal teams to external events.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market background
* Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.
* Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders.
* Ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, presentation decks, product data sheets, and more).
* Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
* Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with the Client products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms preferred.
* Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.
* A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
