Job Description

Job Title: Data Project Manager, CapEx Systems
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)
 
Overview and Duties:
  • Manage the operation, input, performance, and data integrity of an internal, fully-integrated CapEx ecosystem.
  • Requires expertise in database management systems, strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Will be asked to identify issues, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies with the ecosystem; ensures a comprehensive feedback loop from end-user to development team
  • Effectively plans and communicates timelines, milestones, activities; develops mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendor, cross-functional teams) by utilizing professional interpersonal skills.
  • Understands application development needs, sets expectations and monitors efficiency of internal and/or external users.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports showing systems progress vs. plan, open items, and trends

  • Data analysis: Python, R, VBA, Tableau
  • Database system management
  • Configuration control
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Data input and management
 
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Project management or database systems management in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven experience managing complex database environments in a large enterprise setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
