Role Description:
IT Business Operations Clerk
Need to have advanced English communication skills.
The IT Business Operations ("Biz Ops") Clerk will manage various budget-related activities for the IT Supply Chain Planning Organization at Intel. This organization has a budget that includes over a hundred employees and $40M+ in annual spends.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
• Update and maintain the organizational budget for the IT Supply Chain Planning Organization based on corporate finance guidelines and organization objectives. The budget includes spending on contingent workers, consultants, training, travel and employee headcount.
• Update budget on a quarterly cycle based on in direction from corporate finance and inputs from organizational leaders.
• Reconcile actual spends against budget forecast including working with PO owners to explain variances
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain SOWs for cost estimates of new PRs
• Coordinate new PR approvals through internal organization processes.
• Track all POs for the organization including proactive actions to coordinate extensions.
• Track invoices against committed POs and budget line items.
• Follow-up with suppliers as needed to ensure timely invoicing
• Reconcile HC budget with HC actuals system
Minimum BS degree preferred
3 + years exp.
