Title: Program Manager, Senior
Duration: 5+ months
Location: Oakland, CA 94612 (Hybrid, 1 day/week)
 
Note:

• Requires local candidates only, currently residing in the Bay Area/near work location (Oakland general office). 
• The assignment is hybrid. 
• Required 1 day a week at Oakland go or more as needed by the manager, needing support from this role. 
• There is the option that this person would need to travel to the Rocklin office.
• A Company laptop will be issued. MS Teams should be used for calls and meetings. 
• Personal cell phones can be used if required. 
• With the manager’s prior approval, a monthly expense (pre-determined amount) for cell and internet can be submitted.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals.
• Works independently on most issues.
• Provides direction on the overall program plan and goals.
• Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Develops process models, conducts analysis in support of identifying workflow gaps, and develops solutions to address.
• Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations, and provides business insight.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of related experience or equivalent

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Program Management
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
• Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or influence teams
• Ability to work within a Regulatory environment
• Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects
• Knowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy issues, customer energy efficiency applications, and general customer information.
• Primarily office environment with extensive use of computers, telephone conversations, conference calls and in person meetings.
