Job Title: Product Manager- Senior
Location: Hybrid Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays (Atlanta, Miami, San Frans, Austin)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
 
Job Summary
As a senior product manager for digital products, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative solutions that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. This position has a key role on the Global Digital Experiences and Capabilities team and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, analytics, sales, and customer support, to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements. You will also conduct market research, user testing, and data analysis to validate and optimize the product features and performance, being the advocate of the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
 
Main Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition for digital products and lead the process in all stages – Idea, product concept, prototype and product deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and users to identify and prioritize the customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for digital products.
Define and document the product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for digital products.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize the product features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and data analysis.
Conduct market research, user testing, and data analysis to validate the product assumptions, test the product hypotheses, and measure the product outcomes.
Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality digital products that meet the customer expectations and the business goals.
Analyze and report on the product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback using various tools and methods, such as Google Analytics, A/B testing and surveys to inform product decisions and improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape, industry trends, and best practices for digital products and provide insights and recommendations for product improvement and innovation.
Partner closely with regional and market-level client marketers to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and plans.
Applicants for the role must be curious, proactive, motivated, data-driven, analytics oriented and problem diagnostics solving. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the client organization.
 
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably for digital products
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products that deliver customer value and business impact.
Strong knowledge of the digital product development process, methodologies, and tools, such as agile, scrum, Jira, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to various audiences and stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and customer feedback to drive product decisions and actions.
Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset, with the passion and curiosity to explore new ideas and technologies for digital products.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, sales, and customer support.
Experience in conducting market research, user testing, and data analysis using various tools and methods, such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, surveys, interviews, etc.
Experience in monitoring and evaluating the competitive landscape, industry trends, and best practices for digital products and providing insights and recommendations for product improvement and innovation.
