Title: Program Manager V – Marketing Operations
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Overview:
A leading social media platform's Marketing team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between marketing channels (both in-app and off-platform) and internal marketing and product teams. This role will be instrumental in driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, managing editorial calendars, and ensuring integrated campaign execution with excellence.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, possesses a strong mix of brand and product marketing experience, and is skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments. Clear communication and an ability to drive clarity in ambiguous settings are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain editorial and GTM calendars across multiple teams including Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Communications, Creator Marketing, and Product.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns, ensuring stakeholder alignment and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce launch times.

Own and continuously improve team processes, workflows, and channel usage guidelines, including collaboration with Brand Operations, Legal, and Policy teams.

Manage daily communications and priorities with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on deadlines, deliverables, and strategic goals.

Lead execution and documentation of campaign components including timelines, technical requirements, reporting, and internal communications.

Plan and facilitate creative workshops with cross-functional and agency partners to define campaign strategies and creative approaches.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program management or related roles within consumer technology.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Proven experience coordinating across multiple functions, such as marketing, design, brand, product, and engineering.

Familiarity with measurement systems and collaboration with data scientists to develop and maintain reporting frameworks.

Results-driven mindset with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting campaign impact.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
