Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager – Contract Management
Location: Bellevue, WA - Onsite
Duration: 09 months - Possibility for Extension or conversion
 
Daily Responsibilities:
This work includes effective contract management, negotiation of disputes to resolution, and overseeing all payments as per contract. The Senior Program Manager, will be responsible for managing the full payment and contract life-cycle with one or more of client.

Key activities in this role are: Ensuring payments are made on-time ($300M+ annual run-rate); Auditing transactions in accordance with spend governance policies; Disputing non-compliant payments; Managing to resolution commercial disputes; and Ensuring positive relationships with key stakeholders.
 
In this role you will have responsibility for:
  • Serving as commercial focal point
  • Communicating payment status to senior leadership (both internal and external)
  • Ensuring the contract is adhered to, challenging when necessary
  • Raising and managing commercial disputes to full resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve contracts
  • Exploring new business initiatives under contract
  • Perform commercial pricing analysis as required         
 
This is more so supplier chain – need contact management and payment management experience; more so on the commercial end.
 
Must Haves:
  • Comfortable handling higher than 20 k budge
  • Comfortable handling contracts
  • Somebody with experience overseeing contracts/ disputes in invoicing and payment. Commercial.
