Software Development Engineer – Tech Client

Join a forward-thinking team focused on building advanced internal software tools for tech deployment teams. This team develops innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies and machine learning to reduce cognitive load and simplify the advanced technology commissioning process.

We're seeking Software Development Engineers who are results-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about creating innovative solutions that enhance internal customer engagement and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable software products that solve real-world business problems

• Own end-to-end project delivery: design, development, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve technology and architecture

• Develop and maintain customer-facing products and interfaces

• Create and monitor metrics to ensure quality and performance

• Participate in agile practices including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Join on-call rotations and engage in team-building events, site visits, and lab tours

Tech Stack & Tools You'll Work With:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript

• Backend & Services: Python, Java, GraphQL, Spring

• Cloud & Serverless: AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, S3

• Databases: NoSQL (DynamoDB)

• Development Practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Deployment, Agile/Scrum

We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript, etc.)

• Experience with serverless architecture and AWS services

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for simplifying complex systems

• Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality software at scale

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with ML integration in software systems

• Prior experience with internal tooling or operational efficiency platforms
