Duration: 12 months Assignment
Schedule: Shift 3, 9:15 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, suppliers, and equipment, and supporting logistics areas.
- This may include receiving and verifying incoming materials and supplies, preparing bills of lading and shipping manifests, routing shipments appropriately, moving material within the warehouse, distribution and production facilities, filling customers' orders, and preparing orders appropriately.
- Specialized knowledge generally of a particular area, system, or equipment. Requires specific training and certification.
- Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization.
- May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
- Duties are generally routine but may include non-routine tasks.
- Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills appropriate for the position.
- Duties and tasks are standardized.

- Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
- Pick items either by RF or voice picking.
- Pack, ship, receive, and maintain inventory of product/raw material, and fulfill customer orders with emphasis on attention to detail. Examines, stocks, and distributes materials in inventory.
- Accurately pull and/or pack products for customer orders, ensuring lot numbers, shipping temperature, address, and ship methods are correct.
- May pick and pack in different temperature environments (ex, refrigerated, frozen, ambient).
- Receive all incoming materials and store them at the correct temperature.
- Inspect and compare with packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and/or related documentation.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Document and label materials according to procedure.
- Performs administrative tasks related to products/materials, such as coordinating shipments, preparing, reviewing, filling, and maintaining customer orders, preparing shipping and receiving documents, and utilizing the database to enter and maintain information related to products/materials.
- Identify issues involving logistics, customer orders, shipping, and/or receiving areas.
- May operate material handling equipment as necessary, including a forklift and man-up order picker.
- Follow the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485.
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- 1 year of work experience.
- English proficiency required to maintain, ensure, and promote safety requirements and procedures for required machinery.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills with competency using standard software packages (Word and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Be able to perform basic math calculations.
- Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures.
