Job Description

Job Title - Project Coordinator III
Duration - 12 Months
Location – New York, NY
 
The Project Coordinator will support the Client team with budgets and contracts management, project management, vendor supply chain management, research study coordination, and hardware inventory management and distribution.
 
This role centres on two themes of work:
  • Managing contracting and logistics with external vendors, researchers and related institutions
  • Managing internal research projects logistics, including study coordination and prototype distribution
 
Qualifications
  • Experience with research/academic environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing budgets and contracts
  • 2+ years experience managing vendors and external suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with spreadsheets (G Suite, Excel)
  • Experience with vendor supply chain management and inventory tracking
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive, and resourceful
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with team members from a variety of different backgrounds (scientists, engineers, program managers, supply chain, finance)
  • Comfortable working in a command line interface, and troubleshooting Mac & Windows computers and iOS & Android mobile devices
 
Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, or Associate’s degree and 3+ years equivalent related experience
