Job Description:
  • Are you interested in building out the next phase of end-to-end supply chain solutions? You will work alongside a talented and innovative group of supply chain experts, collaborating cross-functionally to build new products, enhance existing services, and deliver best-in-class solutions that delight our customers. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on core business and further cement our position as a supply chain industry leader. Your keen eye for improvement will help identify gaps in our current documentation and processes, leading initiatives to those gaps and streamline our operations. A key part of your impact will be measuring and enhancing how teams interact with our documentation. You'll analyze usage patterns, gather feedback, and champion improvements that make our playbook more valuable and user-friendly. When new processes are introduced or existing ones are refined, you'll be at the forefront, ensuring these changes are accurately captured and effectively communicated across the organization.
 
Primary responsibilities
  • Manage complex initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating processes that are no longer needed.
  • These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations.
  • Accountable for the strategy and management of a large program.
  • You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery).
  • Understand the inter dependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., aligned workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal and compliance requirements, program support, etc.).
  • Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
  • Able to make a case for project priorities, resource allocation, and/or appropriate program adoption, to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve a deficiency, or unblock delivery.
  • Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.
  • Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).
  • Partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Creative problem solvers: identifying root issues/solutions
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or related field OR 8+ years of professional experience
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience (building processes, project management, and schedules)
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
