Job DescriptionAt Yum, were looking for a digital project manager to add to our dynamic and rapidly scaling Digital Commerce team within Yum Connect, our technology development group. Were making this investment to help us optimize our digital channels and technology innovations with the end goal of creating competitive advantages for our restaurants around the globe. Were looking for the best and brightest technology talent to take our global company to the next level and to transform our ordering and payment experiences for our customers. Were searching for a digital project manager to lead these initiatives with a handson approach for Yum Brandsthe largest restaurant company in the world.The ideal candidate will ensure our deliverables are met across highly visible and transformative global technology advancement projects for ecommerce, point of sale and menu management. The digital project manager will demonstrate flexibility, plus project management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with team members, project managers and senior executives. In this role, the digital project manager will collaborate with multiple teams across Yum BrandsKFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bellto drive global digital initiatives from project initiation through postproject measurement.This manager must be able to deftly apply skills and methodology to manage others, document rapidly changing updates, proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues by working with our growing teams in Plano, Texas Chicago, Illinois Louisville, Kentucky and Irvine, California. This role is based in Plano, with about 25 of asneeded travel to other office locationsJob DutiesAs the digital project manager, you will: Develop statements of work and detailed project plans to include scope, time, budgets and key activities. Monitor the progress of projects assess risk, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams and develop action plans to mitigate any identified problem areas. Communicate project status to leadership and teams, and conduct regular status meetings. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track on an ongoing basis and identify improvement opportunities. Work with crossfunctional workstreamscrum teams to develop and execute project tasks, visions and roadmaps. Manage project resourcing to ensure completion of key milestones. Manage multiple projects simultaneously technical and nontechnical. Understand the business landscape to design effective processes and programs to drive real business benefits. Manage the onboarding process for all new employees in the marketing science team. Work with the change management lead to identify key change activities and to develop a communication plan. Maintain relationships, and keep critical stakeholders engaged in the project. Demonstrate extreme attention to detail. Take initiative to follow up and seek out answers in unclear situations to drive progress and results daily. Ability to flex between managing daytoday project details and providing higher strategic oversight from a full program overview. Assist with adhoc requests from leadership as needed.Skills and Qualifications 5 years of experience in an ITtechnology project management or program management role in an enterprise environment. Expert in agile project management, specifically Agile Scrum Methodology Advanced level knowledge of Jira as an agile project management tool Demonstrated experience in all phases of the nontechnology project lifecycle, including the identification of the business problem, business case and project plan development through project management and closeout. Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently drive multiple workstreams through largescale technical projects. Deep understanding of and experience in how to deliver on these key project management skills: key activity management, risk and issue management, project timelines and product roadmaps Excellent communication, technology and analytical skills. Collaborative and teamoriented mindset.
