Job Description
Title:Project/Program Manager II (Deployment Project Manager** )
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Nashville,TN,US (Flexibility of Hybrid and remote work)
Note: This role involves extensive travel, with 60-80% of time spent at project deployment sites. While the position is not limited to Nashville-based candidates, all applicants must be able to work from an authorized company facility within the United States when not traveling for projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning & Execution
• Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure
• Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain and track project progress in Asana
• Oversee daily installation
Stakeholder Management
• Lead weekly connects with Global Ergonomics team
• Host kick-off calls and check-ins with site stakeholders
• Manage communication across multiple channels (Zoom, Slack, Chime, email)
• Coordinate with site operations teams for workspace preparation and scheduling
Safety & Compliance
• Maintain compliance of all site and OSHA standards, including but not limited to PPE and safety procedures
• Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance
Quality Control
• Oversee Golden Station installation and approval process
• Ensure proper decommissioning of old stations
• Manage equipment inventory and installation quality
• Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years in project management, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements in a supervisory role managing people
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Expert user of Asana, and Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel to work in a warehouse environment
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Ability to wear required PPE (composite/steel toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat)
