Summary:
This position will oversee all real estate activities related to the airport, managing property leases, and development projects. This position is responsible for optimizing the airport’s real estate portfolio, securing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Summary:
This position will oversee all real estate activities related to the airport, managing property leases, and development projects. This position is responsible for optimizing the airport’s real estate portfolio, securing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee and negotiate lease agreements, manage tenant relationships for airport properties, and handle vendor contracts for real estate operations, including maintenance, property management, and leasing services.
- Assess new clients' facility requirements to identify ideal premises that meet operational needs and enhance functionality.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, as well as federal, state, and local laws, including strict adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee and maximize revenue from lease agreements to ensure alignment with the airport's growth objectives.
- Represent the company during agency inspections, ensure adherence to lease terms, and promptly resolve tenant issues.
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; notifies responsible department for the department to implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop long-term plans for real estate usage and expansion.
- Lead initiatives to attract and retain tenants aligned with the airport's vision and passenger needs.
- Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets related to property maintenance and development, tenant improvements, and leasing projects, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue streams and monitor financial performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations and other relevant compliance requirements, and develop and maintain relationships with tenants, and external stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities based on market demand, and industry best practices, and plan strategically to develop long-term plans for property use and development, maximizing efficiency and revenue.
- Participates in meetings and orientations.
- Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management.
- Proven experience in lease negotiations, property management, and tenant relations.
- Knowledge of real estate compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
