Program Manager
Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite a week)
6+ Months
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Domain knowledge: 5+ years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicle would be a big plus
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects (2M+ in terms of revenue OR 20+ in terms of team size). 
  • Experience on Agile methodologies 
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams 
  • Hands on, Self-driven, Solution oriented and Customer focused
  • Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and fast arrive at their solution. Foresighted decision making is a key to success in this role.
  • Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, Web-services 
  • Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems   
  • Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations 
  • Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions
  • Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations. 
  • Communication skills – Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Education and Years of Experience: 
  • Years of Experience: 10+ in the Automotive industry
  • 5+ years’ Program/Project Management experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in status reporting to C-suite executives
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
  • Experience on Agile methodologies 
  • Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, Web-services
