Job Title: Project Program Manager-I
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Nashville, TN or Bellevue, WA ( 3 days onsite)
Job Description:
A Project Manager thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment. This position requires heavy e-mail communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of internal tools, and the implementation of quick solutions. A keen eye to detail and thrill to research and solve. The Project Manager will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.
Responsible for the completion of project/program. May prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Primary Objectives
- Provide stellar customer satisfaction at all times
- Reporting on project status
- Meeting all performance and quality metrics
- Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management experience (2-4 yrs)
- Understanding of customer invoicing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience Resolving invoice discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
