Technical Project Manager

Must-Have Skills      
  • 4-8 years of experience
  • Agile background with sprint planning, has hands on experience with pm tools like Asana JIIRA, anything else out there
  • Experience working with engineering or operations focused technical teams – combined is best or one of the other- scaled eng or operational organizations ( globally distributed teams)
  • Being able to build leadership level reporting, support project planning
Nice-to-have Skills    
  • Someone who has metrics experience comfortable working with metrics and define metrics
  • Initiative driven, self imitative
  • Degree in security ops and investigations background , experience with engineers , operational skills, infratsurtcure ops IT, ops net work ops
 
Key Projects/ Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Communications
  • Assist with key report production, content aggregation, and follow-up
  • Manage timelines and track progress
  • Draft posts and other communications for XDR Operations and pods as needed
  • War Room Support
  • Coordinate event logistics, planning, and timelines
  • Provide communication support, speaker and attendee tracking, and SWAG ordering assistance
  • Task and OKR Tracking
  • Support XDR Operations OKR tracking and gathering updates
  • Support translating VIRT AAR actions to tasks. Maintain lightweight visibility on tasks (as needed - may be covered by the future scribe role)
  • Process Development and Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Update and develop processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
