Must-Have Skills
- 4-8 years of experience
- Agile background with sprint planning, has hands on experience with pm tools like Asana JIIRA, anything else out there
- Experience working with engineering or operations focused technical teams – combined is best or one of the other- scaled eng or operational organizations ( globally distributed teams)
- Being able to build leadership level reporting, support project planning
- Someone who has metrics experience comfortable working with metrics and define metrics
- Initiative driven, self imitative
- Degree in security ops and investigations background , experience with engineers , operational skills, infratsurtcure ops IT, ops net work ops
Key Projects/ Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Communications
- Assist with key report production, content aggregation, and follow-up
- Manage timelines and track progress
- Draft posts and other communications for XDR Operations and pods as needed
- War Room Support
- Coordinate event logistics, planning, and timelines
- Provide communication support, speaker and attendee tracking, and SWAG ordering assistance
- Task and OKR Tracking
- Support XDR Operations OKR tracking and gathering updates
- Support translating VIRT AAR actions to tasks. Maintain lightweight visibility on tasks (as needed - may be covered by the future scribe role)
- Process Development and Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Update and develop processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
