Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87107
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Hrs: M-F, 9-6, after completing all required certs and training will be rotating On-Call, with the possibility of Overtime
We are looking candidates willing to learn , train with break fix, HW repair, and OEM service experience.

What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?
- Is this position remote or in person? This is an in-person, field-based role with on-site client visits required.
- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? IT field technician tasks: driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients,
- The level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices
- What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills,,)and familiar with the ticketing system
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2-5 preferred but we will train
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary, experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $21.00+
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated, covering ABQ Metropolitan Area in some cases further north to Santa Fe.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure. tech will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met within the required 4 to 6-hour window.
- This role requires extensive driving, efficient routing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules.
