Title - Channel Marketing Manager
Location - US Remote (EST)
Duration – 4+ Months with a strong possibility of getting extended up to 12 Months
The client is looking for an exceptional Channel Marketing Manager to take on the role of Carrier Channel Marketing Manager. This exciting and important role will be responsible for driving our channel marketing strategy & execution with North American mobility partners like Verizon, TMO & AT&T.
Reporting to the Director of Carrier Channel Marketing for North America, this experienced channel leader will be responsible for all marketing operations for bringing all products and services to market, including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.
Successful candidates will lead with influence before title and communicate easily across functions and levels of the team. You will need to feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Client’s Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams.

Channel Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop go to market North American retail channel marketing strategy in concert with Client Category and Product Marketing teams.
- Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention ofClient users across multiple products and services.
- Oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics.
- Identify new channel marketing opportunities in NA and in partnership with other Client geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision.
- Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners.
- Deliver sales/marketing metrics and marketing performance.
- Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall Client's strategy.
- Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with NA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs Continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals innovation.
- Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives and business development teams
- Manage full funnel regional accounts (Canada).
- Build and execute lower funnel marketing.
- Increased visibility into global marketing investments and management of full channel budgets.
- Manage processes for 3rd party agency management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience in a Channel Marketing role or similar field.
- Candidates should have a demonstrable achievement and success with a consumer technology brands.
- 4+ years’ experience in building go-to-market strategies, planning and execution across digital and physical retail channels.
- 4+ year’s experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples.
- Knowledge in Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.
- Demonstrate presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors.
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Highly effective at managing conflict. Is able to address issues between stakeholders swiftly in order to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with Facebook values.
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
- Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies.
- Understand how to create and manage project trackers.
- Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Global retail experience (outside of North America).
- Experience with challenger/new business technologies that have changed the way human beings work and socialize e.g., Uber, Nest, Apple iPad.
- Creative/ Design background a plus.
- Experience within a brand executing a direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy.
- Experience in bringing projects from concept stage through design, development, and execution.
- Experience in working with sales, product, brand, channel marketing, and legal.
- Experience maintaining budgets and fiscal responsibility.
- Knowledge of presentation decks for executives and partners.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, communications and marketing.
- Secondary language in Spanish would be nice.
