Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Duration: 3 Months

About the Team:
This role is within the Business Innovation & Transformation (BIT) team which sits within the CAO and specifically supports the Hire to Retire space. You will work closely with Payroll, PMO, WoW, People & Purpose (HR) and Stock Administration stakeholder's to support a broad range of project initiatives.
 
About the Role:
  • We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support the BIT team. The BIT team provides various levels of support accross the organization and this role specifically requires a technical understanding of HCM Workday modules, as well as an understanding of Workday Payroll including payroll processing. The role will require helping to gather requirements, creating and modifying test scripts, documenting and facilitating QA reviews of the requirements in both the pre- and post-implemenation phases of the projects.
  • This role requires extensive interaction and collaboration across Global Support and other Workday groups, so the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, an exceptional communicator, a business process expert, and comfortable working cross-functionally.  This role will help drive Workday Support initiatives by identifying, documenting, and communicating processes and technologies that enable our team.
  • The Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing support capturing and documenting complex system requirements as well as strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, as well as providing key inisghts into project progress on a regular basis. This will lead to driving operational efficiencies throughout the business.
 
Other responsibilities include:
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Identify new processes and document the current state vs. Future state.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate meetings while co-ordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Review and analyze survey data and comments to identify trends, assist with developing and assigning customer and process improvement actions and report findings to the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Develop process flows and procedures based on key indicators for future improvement opportunities and aligning enhancements with identified process gaps.
  • Collect data to identify the root cause of problems and align with process requirements.
  • Deliver presentations, provide process inputs, and content for training as needed, focusing on measurement, analysis, improvement, and adoption.
  • Communicate project progress and provide relevant updates. Perform cost and benefit analysis
  • Delevop project plans, communciate risks, drive execution, escalate as needed, report on progress
  • Design a test plan and support/document test scripts
  • Be the main POC for the business outside of Payroll WoW, P&P & Program Management teams
  • Provide Approvals for tenant management
  • Provide Systems expertise for troubleshooting, other Q&A
