Job Title: Project/Program Manager II

Key job responsibilities
  • Assists the Speaker Certification Program Manager and Speaker Team to track, drive and report on programs, communications and events.
  • Help develop and implement mechanisms to track the progress of projects with cross-functional teams, as well as vendors, and build work-back schedules against it.
  • Tracks program data, maintains promotional materials, plans meetings and help support events onsite, maintains databases, and prepares report.
  • Prepares speaker reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing speaker performance and scoring.
  • Supports speaker team by streamlining processes, foreseeing pain points, and keeping speaker databases up to date.
  • Creates and posts speaker training videos and resources with the speaker team
  • Builds out the Speaker Excellence Portal to ensure Speakers have most up-to-date training resources
  • Willing to learn new tools as we buildout databases and reporting mechanisms for the Speaker Team

  • We are obsessed about speaker experience and support at our global events and work hard to build training and resources to better support our speakers around the world.
