Job Description:

- This role is remote.
Key job responsibilities
- Assists the Speaker Certification Program Manager and Speaker Team to track, drive and report on programs, communications and events.
- Help develop and implement mechanisms to track the progress of projects with cross-functional teams, as well as vendors, and build work-back schedules against it.
- Tracks program data, maintains promotional materials, plans meetings and help support events onsite, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Prepares speaker reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing speaker performance and scoring.
- Supports speaker team by streamlining processes, foreseeing pain points, and keeping speaker databases up to date.
- Creates and posts speaker training videos and resources with the speaker team
- Builds out the Speaker Excellence Portal to ensure Speakers have most up-to-date training resources
- Willing to learn new tools as we buildout databases and reporting mechanisms for the Speaker Team
