Job Description:
  • The Health team is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to develop, lead, and manage digital assets within the client's Health department. 
  • In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external creative and development teams as well as subject matter experts to guide projects to implementation and delivery. Success in this role is found through a strong attention to detail, willingness to work within a constantly changing environment, and effective communication and collaboration across teams. 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner and plans strategy with teams to develop workflows for asset ingestion, storage and delivery to partners while creating efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain systems for organizing and storing digital assets and ensure they can scale.
  • Develop and enforce metadata standards to facilitate efficient searching, filtering, and organization of assets.
  • Design and implement workflows for asset creation, storage, retrieval, and distribution.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of digital assets, including resolution, file formats, and branding standards.
  • Manage the distribution of digital assets to various partners. 

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital asset management, with a track record in managing a high volume of multiple types of deliverables.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with online content management for digital platforms.
  • A smart, hands-on, and organized problem-solver who exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability. 
  • Can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations while simultaneously driving complex projects.
  • A quick, technically-minded learner who is willing to grasp the numerous tools and systems.
