Job Title: Project Coordinator IV
Location: Onsite – Rayville, LA
Duration: 12 Months


Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our construction site team at a new data center location. The ideal candidate will provide both project coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations. This role is well-suited for professionals looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in enabling Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the construction site team, including the Project Director and Construction Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and official correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal staff, visitors, and external partners.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document binding.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Attend weekly project reviews and assist with documentation; may be asked to lead review calls on occasion.
 Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus).
  • 5–10 years of experience in project coordination and/or administrative roles, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a high-speed environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus, but not required.
 Working Conditions
  • Role is based at an active construction site.
  • Exposure to weather, noise, and physical site conditions should be expected.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on-site as required.
 Top Must-Have Skills
  • 5–10 years of project coordination or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
