Title: Product Marketing Manager
Duration: 2 months (may extend based on candidate performance)
Location: Redwood City CA - Remote

Job Description:
  • Work with customers to develop compelling assets that articulate their Cloud modernization journey and business outcomes.
  • Be an SME for the sales team, explaining to prospects the value of client's Cloud Modernization program.
  • Promote our products and best practices by marketing events, webinars, social media, and other channels.
  • Be a spokesperson with the press, analysts, and industry events.
  • Develop and drive the complete launch of new products.
What We'd Like to See
  • You re well-versed in enterprise software, especially cloud data management, data and app integration, iPaaS, and cloud modernization technologies.
  • Can develop product positioning/messaging that articulates unique value propositions.
  • Understand multiple main personas, including app developers, app/enterprise architects, citizen integrators, data engineers, ETL and software developers, data analysts, data scientists, and C-level IT managers.
  • Oversee and deliver a complete bill of materials, including ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, datasheets, etc., presentations, briefs, FAQs, guides, and related collateral that allow the sales process from lead generation to deal close, create excitement, and build trust in market leadership that accelerates client’s IDMC adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with partner and GSI teams to accelerate and scale Cloud Modernization programs.
  • Can persuade cross-functionally across a global, diverse organization by building relationships based on results and reliable ongoing interactions.
  • Can think out-of-the-box and bring a creative flair to product positioning and marketing campaigns.
Role Essentials
  • Four or more years of product marketing experience with experience delivering compelling, breakthrough content in an enterprise software environment.
  • Develop an understanding of Cloud Modernization, cloud data integration, Cloud data management market and solutions, customer pain points, competition, and trends.
  • Experience with content development for complex products sold to IT or other technical buyers is desired.
  • Written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially converting complex ideas into simple messages.
  • Experience participating in and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Work with peer and senior technical customer users/buyers to solicit and summarize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning and messaging.
  • Create data-driven go-to-market plans and adjust them based on data analysis, market feedback, and corporate strategy evolution.
Education & Experience:
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience
