Job Description

Title: L&D Program Manager V
Duration: 8+ Months
Location: Remote (Preferred to be in CST to East Coast)


Summary:

The main function of an L&D Program Manager is to oversee the progress of the L&D team on program learning initiatives. The typical Program Manager will work with the development team on timelines for drafting working sessions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviews content created by the L&D team for learning workshops.

  • Develops the roadmap for the L&D team and tracks all progress.

  • Reviews internal feedback on learning opportunities to determine the direction of future sessions.
  • Partners with HR generalists to identify & deliver L&D solutions for high-potential employees.
  • Communicates directly with HR regarding all L&D activities.
  • Partners with key stakeholder groups to design, prioritize, and deliver L&D solutions including competency model creation, assessments, matrices, etc.

Skills:

  • Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Must-haves:
  • Strong writing skills and understanding of audience.
  • Ability to design and build out solutions that meet business needs.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Relevant Compliance Industry Experience.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
