Location: Lone Tree, CO (Hybrid – Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday work from home)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced professional to support our third-party resilience and broader first-line risk management efforts. This role will be responsible for facilitating and completing third-party resilience playbooks, ensuring business continuity, and addressing risk mitigation measures in accordance with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations as well as support other 1st line risk management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operational risk including, third-party, operational resilience and compliance risk management.

- Facilitate and execute third-party resilience playbooks in alignment with enterprise standards and frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure resilience requirements are clearly defined, documented, tested, and met.
- Support business areas in identifying and mitigating operational risks associated with third-party services.
- Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with resilience, continuity, and risk management standards.
- Assist in documenting risk mitigation activities, gap analysis and remediation plans in various assessments and procedures in conjunction with stakeholders from across all lines of defense.
- Provide subject matter expertise in first-line risk management processes and controls.
- Support business and the business unit risk team in broader risk management initiatives.
- Participate in development and maintenance of tools, templates, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various first and second lines of defense as needed.
- 10+ years in operational risk including third-party, operational resilience and compliance risk management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and supervisory frameworks (e.g., Risk and Control Self-Assessments, Issues Management, Communications with the Public).
- Experience with or understand of concepts related to disclosure risk management.
- Excellent project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Office Suite, GRC Tools).
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
