Sr. Product Manager Tech, Marketing Measurement – Experimentation, Model Development, Causal Inference
Are you passionate about using marketing science and technology to solve complex business problems? Team is hiring a Sr. Product Manager Tech to build, optimize, and scale our marketing measurement products worldwide. This role requires deep expertise in product management and science, with a strong background in experimentation design, causal inference methodologies, and the ability to translate data into insights to influence long-term investment decisions.
Key job responsibilities:
In this role you will develop the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our measurement products to scale marketing worldwide. You will collaborate with Economists, Applied Scientists, Engineers, Supply Chain, Business, and Finance team members to build reliable measurement models, consistent measurement standards, and robust experiments that accurately estimate the incremental value of marketing. You simplify and scale measurement through process improvement and automation, then prioritize investments to balance channel growth and deep dive learnings. Solving big, ambiguous problems gets you up the in the morning. Your core partners say you are the one who brings it all together and makes it happen. You’re known for your high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, deep understanding of the business & science, and ability to lead.

A day in the life
- You own the end-to-end measurement product lifecycle to create long-lasting solutions:
- Think Big to deliver a product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business goals.
- Deliver vision docs, PRFAQS, operating plans, and measurement deep dives to gain leadership sponsorship to execute on your product vision.
- Work backwards from business problems, opportunity size, and effort to define the measurement investment framework and prioritize feature/growth investments (what to prioritize and when).
- Influence cross-functional teams to align everyone toward the common goal and deliver on your product plan.
- Dive deep with partner, science, and engineering team members to write detailed business and technical requirements.
- Drive hypothesis-driven experiments that deliver actionable insights and inform long-term investment decisions.
- Use your knowledge in measurement methodologies (causal, predictive, correlated) to inform product decisions.
- When issues arise, you clearly articulate (verbally and in writing) complex problems, tough trade-offs, and propose product solutions that help everyone understand the decisions they have to make and options they have.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience developing marketing measurement models (econometric models, experimental models)
