We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns
• Create data visualizations (charts, dashboards, reports) using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Assist in maintaining databases and data systems
• Support senior analysts with data projects and ad-hoc analysis requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data insights
• Document processes and maintain data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics
• Internship or project experience in data analysis
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce and Oracle Sales Cloud
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, Google Cloud, or Azure.
