Request: Program Manager III
Location: Remote

Summary:
The Program Manager (Non-IT) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for non-technical projects across areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, and more. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and project execution while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate all aspects of project execution to achieve defined goals.

  • Present project proposals, status reports, and findings to stakeholders.

  • Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, while supporting the development of team competencies.

  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility.

  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.

  • Review and approve project contracts, budgets, and cost estimates.

  • Direct and review product designs and manage proposed changes.

  • Consult and negotiate with stakeholders to finalize project specifications.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to mentor and provide constructive feedback.

  • Solid understanding of production processes, cost control, and quality assurance techniques.

  • In-depth knowledge of business management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • Proficiency in software tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline required.

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
