Must-haves:
- Certified PMP or equivalent is required
- MUST have 8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
- 7+ years of experience in project management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related industry.
- 7+ Prior experiences implementing enterprise applications & integrations such as ERP, LIMS, MES, Manufacturing and Laboratory equipment experience
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and related regulatory standards.
- MUST have 8-10+ years of STRONG Program / Project management experience in the Pharma industry and its associated regulatory processes and requirements leading large & complex projects & programs
Job Description:
- Manage the planning and execution of large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain, ensuring delivery of intended outcomes while fostering collaboration to refine ideas and identify new requirements, maximizing return on investment.
- Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management.
- Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects.
- Ensure project(s) deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned programs and projects.
- Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
- Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project’s momentum and progress. Engage and energize the project teams.
- Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
- Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions.
- Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication plan established by the program manager/delivery lead.
Experience:
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to independently manage and oversee projects with minimal supervision after the initial knowledge transfer.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company through various formats, such as presentations, written proposals, reports, correspondence, leading meetings, face-to-face dialogue, etc.,
- Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management
- Excellent leadership skills, including team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication & team management skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify project vulnerabilities.
- Skilled in developing and implementing mitigation plans to manage and reduce risks.
- Ability to adapt risk management strategies as project conditions evolve.
- Experience working with external Service Providers providing hosting and network services and managing offshore resources
