Job Title: Program Manager – III
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Overland Park, KS 66251 (100% Onsite)
Description:
Our Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team is searching for an impactful Program Manager III to lead our In-building/Venue program at a national level. Looking for a candidate who is well versed in network development and deploying network build programs, specifically in-building solutions. They will be the central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and deployment initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and process improvements is paramount. The Program Manager is adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Manager must be able to work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential. Familiarity with MagentaBuilt is key. At least 5 years relevant experience required.
Project management experience is required (PMP certification is a plus), with the ability to showcase the following skill sets:
*MagentaBuilt, Chat GPT and other AI tools, project management skills, experience with in-building solutions and large scale network deployments
