Job Description:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of vacuum furnaces, sub-systems, and ancillary equipment.
• Performs pyrometric testing and certification of vacuum furnace equipment. 

 
Must-Haves:

• Must have an understanding of vacuum system fundamentals and operation.
• Experience in thermally processing aerospace materials such as stainless steel, copper, nickel, cobalt alloys, titanium wrought alloys, casting, and components produced via additive manufacturing.
• Familiar with pre-process and post-process testing, such as hardness testing.
• Familiar with performing vacuum furnace preventive maintenance.
• Minimum of 3 years of aerospace vacuum thermal processing experience.
