Job Title: Customer Service-Worksite Representative (Bilingual Spanish- English)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Phoenix AZ USA 85027
Job Schedule-Training is on site for 7-8 weeks, 40 hours per week For training.
Once the representative is deemed proficient in call handling the job schedule then reverts to a hybrid 3/2 schedule.
Work Hours: It is 40 hours per week. The hours of operation are 730am-600pm CT


Job Summary
The Worksite Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for addressing service concerns, inquiries, and various customer requests. This role includes handling specific call types and completing requests according to departmental guidelines and procedures. The representative fosters a positive customer experience through professionalism, courtesy, and thorough knowledge of Client systems and products.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support policyholders by providing information about insurance products.
  • Answer PFP calls and respond to policyholder inquiries regarding claims, service, and intake-related issues.
  • Provide detailed information on policy statuses.
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service tools.
  • Transfer calls to the PFP sales team to help increase APV revenue.
  • Handle claim intake for PFP.
  • Meet or exceed expectations for departmental standards, including quality, average handle time, auxiliary time, after-call work, and other KPIs.
  • Embody and demonstrate the organization's Common Purposes and Shared Traits.
  • Understand and support organizational goals, process improvements, and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Participate in partnership training and mentorship of junior representatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Must be available to work various shifts within the 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT timeframe.

Skills
  • Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules.
  • Understanding of worksite products and related systems, including LSP.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to explain complex policy information simply.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and database software.
  • Flexibility in schedule to meet business needs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills preferred – verbal, written, and reading.
 
Education and Experience
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
