Job Title: Business System Analyst/Consultant IV 
Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
Location: Remote (US)

Quick description:

This contractor will work with representatives from HR, IT, Finance and Payroll to discuss the 401K migration. They will mitigate potential risks associated with the migration; They will be confirming, researching, understanding and testing the 401k implementation project.

? Friendly reminder to your candidates that they will be working remote; therefore they are working independently, so they should not need a ton of supervision, but they will be collaborating with others; they need to effectively communicate with their leaders and team members, they should have self-motivation, comfortable collaborating in a virtual environment and manage their time and calendars accordingly. During scheduled work hours they need to be working and be available.

Degrees or certifications required/or in lieu of a degree: 

· Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 8-10 years systems experience.
· In lieu of a degree, must have 10 years related work experience in a technical role.


Candidate Requirements:
Top must-have technical skills 
PeopleSoft- understanding of Payroll, specifically due to the taxing portion and setting up 401K plans.
Workday- the understanding of Workday's benefits module, specifically, it's 401K functionality (ex. Eligibility, contributions, matching, reporting etc. We are looking for someone who knows how this works.
· Skilled in Query reporting from Peoplesoft

What Soft Skills are required to be successful?
· Proficient in requirement gathering, change management, and communication across teams
· Ability to work independently but also collaborate (they will with many teams).
· Ability to Multitask and be organized
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills as documentation updates is an important task for this Business Systems Consultant. As well as documentation of test plans, execution, information accuracy.
• Presentation skills are needed when they present their test plans with other core members
• Ability to conduct research analysis
• General Project Management

Bonus skillset/experience:
• Previous experience working with Fidelity will be a bonus

Day to day responsibilities:
• This contractor will work with representatives from HR, IT, Finance and Payroll to discuss the 401K migration.
• They will mitigate potential risks associated with the migration
• They will be confirming, researching, understanding and testing the 401k implementation project.
• Serve as an expert resource and provide direction for system issues and problem solving.
• Provide system design recommendations as it relates to business requirements.
• Work with IT to test
• Understand the changes and how it effects 401 plans
• Make changes to Fidelity plans as needed
• Work with Vendor updates in Peoplesoft that can help support the changes
• Query access and troubleshoot for investigative purposes


Who is this worker’s main interaction going to be with?
· IT and HR Project Managers will be assigned to the project and who will manage the team as a whole
· The Project Team; HR Systems and other BSCs, Developers and the Benefits Team and Fidelity IT resources

Remote role Expectations, teams a lot
·
Project team meetings 2-3x a week
· Individual working teams calls multiple times per week
