Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Aggregation: Collect and aggregate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance to the project or analysis.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Use statistical methods and analytical tools to interpret data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools (e.g. Power I) to make data accessible and easy to understand.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide insights, and help with data-driven decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business requests or provide answers to specific questions from stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with datasets and performing data aggregation, validation, and formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools is desirable.
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in creating and managing complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements).
- Experience in building and customizing PivotTables and PivotCharts for data analysis and reporting.
