Title: Customer Service – Collections Representative- Debt Restructure
Duration: 6 months
Location: Mississauga, ON, and Montreal, QC
Hybrid Schedule: 1x/month in office.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Mississauga, ON, and Montreal, QC

Must-Haves:
- Must have completed a Post-secondary degree.
- Must have prior experience in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of financial principles and industry practices.
- Must have understanding of financial lending terms: A solid grasp of common lending terminology and concepts (such as interest rates, loan terms, credit assessments, etc.) is necessary to be successful in this role.
- Candidates must have previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment, with proven ability to manage inbound/outbound calls efficiently while maintaining customer service standards.
- Experience with selling financial products
- Looking for a mature, highly professional individual with excellent verbal communication skills, a confident and engaging phone presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Bilingual candidates needed for Montreal: Fluency in both English and French is required for positions in the Montreal office.
- For the Meadowvale location, bilingualism is not a requirement but is considered a strong asset.
