Job Title: Program Manager III
Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension up to 2 years)
Location: Remote PST preferred; would ideally have someone hybrid in either Seattle, NY, Burlingame, LA, TX, and SF.
Summary:
Provide programmatic and project support to legal projects across the Client. Coordinate with cross-functional and legal partners to launch products, comply with regulations, and other complex and strategic projects. Deliverables include project plans, project documentation, trackers, and other project-related documents.
The Client is a fast-paced environment with constantly changing requirements. The ideal candidate is curious with the capacity to learn quickly, work through ambiguity, and be able to adapt to new information and situations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple interdependent projects of high complexity and broad scope.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate programs, operations, and initiatives.
- Ongoing maintenance and support for legal sponsored programs.
- Lead multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans.
- Implement lightweight solutions for tracking and communicating project status.
- Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficient service, including assisting with overall team organization.
- Build subject matter expertise, stay up-to-date on technology, and identify key partnerships to help define team roadmap.
- Conduct ongoing communication of team programs and reduce surprises by proactively managing risks Switch from program level to task level issues in driving projects to completion.
- Motivate and adapt to different working styles based on the teams involved.
- Manage competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Build relationships across Meta and AR/VR cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and consistency.
- Support roll out of and training on new systems and programs.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines in medium or large-scale environments
- Experience with program& project management practices, tools, and methodology
- Strong communication skills and experience communicating with different types of audiences both internally and externally, ranging from internal executives to outside consultants to members of our engineering, product, legal, policy, and security teams
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with emerging technologies and devices, especially AR/VR
- Experience working with or within PMOs
- Experience leading departmental and company-wide projects with legal
Years of overall experience
- 6+ years professional experience in tech/law industry; 3+ years of experience in project and organizational support or program management in the tech industry
Degrees/certifications
- B. A. or B. S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience
