Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager V 
Location: Seattle, WA (open to Redmond/ Bellevue) 
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Must-haves
L5-internally, Sr level 

•    5 - 8 YOE in Accounting - corporate or public 
•    Should be familiar with Accounting and Technology 
•    Has reached seniority - early management 
•    ERP systems - open to any as internal system is in-house
•    Accounting Project/Program 
•    Compensation and Benefits exp (Payroll processing/accounting) 

Team 
•    Operations Excellence FBI group - Finance Business Integration 
•    This team focuses on projects that impact accounting as a whole: General OpEx - Accounting org - and Marketing 
 
Day to day
•    Something is set to launch - the business will begin by gathering all impacted stakeholders 
•    This team is one of these stakeholders - they drive project lifecycles in Accounting OpEx
•    They educate teams on project lifecycles 
•    Gather all initial requirements 
•    What will your launch affect - submitting team remittances 
•    Will cross-collaborate with tech teams (Product and engineering) 
•    These launches will be the projects/programs being overseen by this PM (can be product other broader launches) 
 
EDU 
•    BA - accounting (Must have a BA -no associates degree etc) 
•    CPA - nice to have 
•    PMP - - nice to have but not required 
•    Masters - nice to have but not required
