Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Associate
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
 
Key projects:
  • Global and Social Impact team
  • Focusing on community and social impact
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Supporting briefs
  • Working closely with the government affairs team
  • Supporting newly opened stores (event set up, dedication ceremonies)
  • Will support community stores and military family stored
  • Reporting, tooling, day to day operational support
  • Process improvement from an operational and project standpoint to create better systems
  • Working proactively with cross functional teams as needed
  • Lead planning for community building events and activations for Community and Military Family Stores. This work includes:
  • Reviewing & updating current toolkits 
  • Creating additional retail resources, such as FAQs and video modules
  • Working with cross-functional teams on planning and executing successful events
  • Support development of new stakeholder engagement opportunities. This work includes:
  • Developing and creating quarterly newsletter 
  • Supporting team on community engagement pilots
  • Facilitating workshops with retail leaders
  • Ensure Social Impact Stores data is properly tracked, updated and complete. This work includes:
  • Reviewing current tools for opportunities to streamline
  • Improving processes and tools that can be sustained long-term
  • Manage day-to-day support for stores and Social Impact Stores team. This work includes:
  • Managing internal inbox with requests
  • Updating current internal systems leveraged by stakeholders
  • Ordering elements for Community and Military Family Stores
 
Interaction level with team:
  Highly interactive, will work closely with the government affairs team, and other related teams as needed.
 
Technology requirements:
  • Microsoft Suite- PowerPoint, Excel
  • Smart Sheets
 
Years experience:
  • 3+ years of project management, leading or supporting social impact programs and/or leading or supporting strategic programs, projects, and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work with multiple moving parts
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and execute on a variety of projects and competing priorities

  • Experience operationalizing and templatizing processes and process improvements
  • Ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
