Job Description:
Client’s Services is seeking a passionate and talented User Experience Designer II to join the One Medical Health team, a retail-forward healthcare business offering telehealth services through a client’s storefront. This role is part of an early-stage initiative focused on growing client’s online healthcare platform, allowing customers to shop for health services.
The current design team has 2 members and is looking for a motivated designer to take ownership of executional work and support high-level design strategies in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The current design team has 2 members and is looking for a motivated designer to take ownership of executional work and support high-level design strategies in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business and feature requirements into UX deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and detailed specs.
- Collaborate with product managers, legal teams, and engineers to deliver customer-facing web applications.
- Own 70% of the design execution work from finalizing design specs to working with engineering for implementation.
- Perform usability testing and interpret analytics (e.g., Omniture SiteCatalyst) to refine and improve designs.
- Present design work to stakeholders and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Participate in 2-week sprints and handle both large implementation projects and smaller, end-to-end UX tasks.
- Maintain design systems, accessibility standards, and work closely with editors for copy refinement.
Key Projects:
- Drive UX support for a telehealth storefront that treats ~50 health conditions.
- Create experiences that are simple, compliant, and effective in delivering healthcare services through a digital platform.
- Handle turnkey UX/UI projects that help reduce bandwidth for senior team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or software applications.
- Proficient in Figma and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web-based information architecture, usability principles, and design systems.
- Experience designing functional user interfaces (not branding-focused).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong UX portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and execution of complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience at Amazon or in health-tech companies like Hims & Hers.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript prototyping is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in agile teams and owning UX processes end-to-end.
