Job Description
Position: Data Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA/Tri state area is preferred, but open to fully remote. Must work East Coast hours!
Duration: Contract through end of year (potential for extension)
Day to Day

Duration: Contract through end of year (potential for extension)
Day to Day
- Analyze customer data trends and identify gaps.
- Determine root causes of data gaps (e.g., source issues, data inconsistencies).
- Work with the tech team to report and address findings (but not directly resolve issues).
- Engage with internal teams to improve data-related processes.
- Document current vs. ideal data workflows.
- 3-7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst within the Pharma industry
- SQL/Snowflake query skills
- Excel proficiency
- Strong understanding of the link between HCP and HCO and relevant data
- Experience with DDD and OneKey (would be open to someone without this if they have strong knowledge/experience in customer reference data, commercial operations, sales reporting, etc)
- Hands on experience with Smart Sheets
- 2 rounds
