Job Title: Program Contractor – Product Marketing
Duration: Duration: 6 months (Potential to extend / convert)
Location: Pleasanton, CA (HYBRID)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Description:
The Office of CHRO Product Marketing team leads the product launches, solutions and partner initiatives of company’s global Human Capital Management Suite, responsible for 5928 global customers. We drive company’s market leadership and amplify our key product and solution strategies in analyst evaluations, briefings as well as owning and leading industry events.
We seek a Program Contractor to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness and accelerate our time to market. You’ll develop scalable processes, provide program support, lead internal communications, contribute to content creation, and drive operational excellence, directly influencing the success of major events and analyst engagements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and organization leaders across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for Tier 1 events including Rising NA, Rising EMEA, HR Tech, UNLEASH World and Gartner HR Symposium.
- Oversee the Gartner HCM MQ and Fosway Analyst RFI process in collaboration with PMK and Analyst Relations teams; identifying owners of questions and assigning questions and ensuring questions are answered by specified timeframe.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, reusable templates, strategic content, and playbooks for launches, campaigns, and team collaboration.
- Streamline and lead internal communication to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage other projects as needed.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event organization, stakeholder management, and analyst engagement support.
- Proven ability to support and manage complex workflows, processes, and templates.
