Title: Operations Associate IV / Program Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (West Coast Preferred)
Duration: 9 Months (No Extension)


Overview:
Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our global scaled programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of program activities, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agency Operations Support: Provide day-to-day support for onboarded agency operations, including SOW management, payouts, contracts, and supplier management.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate documentation, guides, and trackers to keep vendors and stakeholders informed on priority products and program initiatives.
  • Translation Vendor Management: Manage internal and external translation vendors for global programs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Inbox Monitoring: Monitor Scaled Partnerships inboxes to ensure prompt response to inquiries and requests.
  • Contest Prizing Distribution: Manage the distribution of contest prizes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Webpage Hosting and T&Cs: Set up webpage hosting and terms and conditions for global contests, ensuring seamless user experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in program operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
