About the Team
Client is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking change enablement specialist to be part of our newly-formed Global Marketing Operations Design team. This role sits in the Strategy and Operations team within Marketing.
The team is responsible for designing and activating the new ways of working that will drive Marketing scale, speed, and impact. They redesign new processes, optimize existing frameworks, challenge old assumptions, rethink our tools, and set Marketing up for future success. This requires understanding the big picture of Marketing functions, goals, outputs, and systems.

About the role
- The Change Enablement Senior Manager will support our ongoing transformation by successfully driving the implementation and adoption of new operational frameworks, processes, tools, and best practices within the global marketing organization. By working closely with key stakeholders, this individual will ensure that new ways of working are well-communicated, understood, and seamlessly integrated into daily operations. This role focuses on encouraging a culture of adaptability, and operational efficiency by crafting clear, accessible documentation and delivering impactful training programs. Through thoughtful change enablement practices, you will empower teams to embrace and implement new processes with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enablement of execution of change management strategies that drive adoption of new marketing processes and operational frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on change initiatives and develop comprehensive enablement plans.
- Assess organizational readiness for change, identify potential risks, and provide proactive mitigation plans.
- Create and implement tailored training programs that address various learning styles and business needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and new ways of working adoption.
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate training and documentation content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Build engaging, comprehensive training materials, including manuals, videos, interactive content, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and operational models.
- Produce clear, detailed, and accessible documentation for processes, policies, and best practices, maintaining a centralized and up-to-date knowledge base.
- Monitor adoption and engagement metrics, gather feedback, and refine training and change enablement efforts to drive ongoing optimization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, training, organization or organizational enablement roles.
- Ability to enable change initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- Experience in creating and delivering training content across multiple formats and regions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and drive plan from concept to completion
- Familiarity with marketing operations and technology ecosystems.
- Exposure to change management methodologies or relevant training (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus
- Experience in developing e-learning modules and using learning management systems
- Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and change adoption
