Data Engineering background
- Develop and Maintain AI and IT Governance Frameworks, Policies, and Procedures:
- Create the AI Governance written program for regulatory purposes
- Create comprehensive AI Governance standards and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency within the organization.
- Define the purpose, scope, and applicability of each standard and procedure
- Use clear and concise language to avoid misinterpretation and ensure understanding.
- Structure documents with sections such as Purpose, Scope, Definitions, Requirements, and Responsibilities.
- Include compliance requirements and specify the consequences of non-compliance.
- Regularly review and update standards and policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
- Conduct Regular Risk Assessments and Audits:
- Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of non-compliance.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established standards and policies.
- Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
Skills :
- Interest and aptitude to work in a dynamic and fast paced field of emerging technology and AI Strong understanding of AI and IT governance frameworks Experience with risk assessment and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work well within teams, Follow instructions and work within the overall guidance of the AI Governance team Agility and flexible to manage conflicting priorities
- Willingness to learn and upskill on new concepts
- Monitor and Report on AI and IT Governance Metrics and KPIs:
- Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of governance practices.
- Prepare reports on governance metrics and compliance status.
Collaborate with AI, IT, and Business Teams:
- Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support on governance and compliance matters.
- Assist in the Development and Implementation of AI and IT Governance Initiatives and Projects:
- Support the planning and execution of governance-related projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practices.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices and Regulatory Changes:
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and IT governance.
- Ensure that the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations and standards.
